General terms and conditions

Article 1 – Purpose

The general terms and conditions described below detail the rights and obligations of the company SCEV la Champenoise, domiciled at 3 place de l’église, 10110 Celles-sur-Ource, capital of € 121349, registered with the following Siret:
31423769400018 and its customers in connection with the sale of the following goods: champagne and champagne boxes.

Any service performed by the company SCEV la Champenoise implies the unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale by the purchaser.

Article 2 – Presentation of the products

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “shop” section of our site.
The photographs aren’t not part of the contractual field. SCEV la Champenoise can not be held liable if errors have occurred. All the texts and images presented on the site of the company SCEV la Champenoise are reserved, for the whole world, under the rights of author and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

Article 3 – Period of validity of the sales offers

The products are offered for sale until the stock is depleted.
If they order a product that is no longer available, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible, by e-mail or by post. The customer will then be offered a refund or a delivery time longer than the one announced when ordering

Article 4 – Product prices

The “shop” section of our website indicates prices in euros all taxes included.
The amount of VAT is specified when selecting a product by the customer, the shipping costs are included in the price of each product.

The company SCEV la Champenoise reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of the registration of the order.

The proposed rates include discounts and rebates that SCEV la Champenoise would have to grant based on its results or the customer taking responsibility for certain services.

No discount will be granted in case of advance payment.

Article 5 – Order

The customer confirms their order when they activate the link “Confirm your order” at the bottom of the page “Summary of your order” after having accepted these conditions of sale.
Before this confirmation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each element of their order; they can thereby correct any possible errors.

SCEV la Champenoise confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order.

The data recorded by SCEV la Champenoise constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
It is archived by the company SCEV la Champenoise under the conditions and legal deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations Department.

Article 6 – Terms of payment

Payment of orders is by credit card.

When registering the order, the buyer must pay the amount of their order in full.

Article 7 – Delivery

Any product is delivered without guarantee as to the deadlines.
The delivery deadline varies depending on the address, availability and accuracy of the delivery information provided by the customer. The indicative delivery time is 2 working days.
The customer can follow the progress of their order thanks to the link that was sent to them in the confirmation email. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the after-sales service if delivery is not made within the indicative time. The contact details of the customer service are indicated in the order confirmation email.

Transport costs include insurance against possible theft and breakage of the goods.
For this purpose, any order exceeding 6 cases travels by pallet under Maurice Delot tamper-resistant guarantee strip. If this strip is missing or damaged, the consignee must immediately notify the delivery driver and issue the corresponding reservations on the receipt provided by them. Any subsequent request can not be accepted, and the addressee will assume full responsibility for any deterioration suffered. For orders of less than 6 cases, the recipient must check the integrity of their order at delivery, and, otherwise, issue the necessary reservations on the transport slip provided by the driver for this purpose. In the case of non-compliant delivery, the customer will be offered a re-send of the missing or damaged units.

Article 8 – Customer Relations – After Sales Service

For any information, question or complaint, the customer can contact the customer relations department of the company from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Article 9 – Time of withdrawal

You have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of your order.
You can request a refund by returning to your charge the parcels ordered to the following address:

You must contact customer service to inform them of your refund request within 14 days of returning your parcels to the SCEV la Champenoise.

The SCEV la Champenoise reserves the right to refund only if the packages return in their original packaging, sealed with their original guarantee.
Any open order, even partially, can not be refunded.

Article 10 – Sponsorship feature

The Sponsor and sponsored party can not be the same person or belong to the same household.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.
